摘要
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,星级酒店的餐饮产品和服务已不仅仅限于高层次消费者。然而酒店真的应该毫无选择地开门迎客吗?文章从分析酒店业餐饮目前面临的市场环境入手,通过与社会餐馆作比较,阐明了酒店餐饮经营思路改革的必然性和经营策略选择。文章试图揭示酒店餐饮经营规律,从而促使酒店餐饮经营适应市场的需要,以期达到有利于提高酒店整体经济效益的目的。
With the development of Chinese social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, food and service in the star-rated hotels is not confined to the rich, but also becomes popular among the common consumers. Starting from analyzing the current market situation, the present paper expounds the necessity of popularizing the restaurants in the star-rated hotels and the selection of the management strategies. This paper tries to explore how to manage the hotel restaurants and to promote the economic benefit.
