摘要
针对中央空调用大型空气压缩机运转时产生的振动问题,提出了在曲拐上需加装当量环的改进设计方案,并给出了在曲轴动平衡试验时当量质量的计算方法,为大型空气压缩机的减振减噪工作提供了有力支持.
A modified method of setting the mass of the equivalent ring, as introduced in this paper is targeted at overcoming vibration in the operation of massive compressor of center air conditioning. The method to calculate the mass of the equivalent ring of some type engine is presented. It forms the theoretical basis for the dynamical equilibrium test of crankshaft and offers a valid prop for the work of diminishing vibration and noise of massive compressors.
