肿瘤医院重症监护病房临床药学工作体会

Experience of clinical pharmacy at Intensive care unit of cancer hospital

本文主要从临床药师应具备的知识的专业性和全面性,参与临床诊疗活动的全程性,与医、护、患多方沟通的深入性,本科室工作内容、工作流程熟悉掌握的彻底性,临床药学服务质量需要不断提高的长期性等五个方面介绍了笔者在肿瘤专科医院重症监护病房从事临床药学工作的体会和经验,旨在与从事临床药学工作的同行们进行交流,以更好地促进临床药学工作的发展。

This article introduced experience of Clinical Pharmacy at Intensive Care Unit of Cancer Hospital,mainly from the following five points:clinical pharmacist should have both the knowledge of pharmacy and medicine;take part in the whole course of clinical diagnosis and treatment;communicate with doctors,nurses and patients thoroughly;master progresses of work in own department completely and develop the service quality of Clinical Pharmacy chronically.It is hoped that,these experience can give our fellows some help and promote the development of Clinical Pharmacy.
