年轻宫颈鳞癌患者的治疗在临床上备受关注,既往的治疗手段多为根治手术后予以同步放化疗,放疗对卵巢功能的损伤是治疗中的棘手问题。近年来针对年轻患者予以保留卵巢功能的卵巢腹腔移位术在临床上广为应用,逐渐成为年轻宫颈鳞癌患者综合治疗的研究热点,所以本文主要介绍卵巢腹腔移位术在年轻SCC根治术后同步放化疗患者中的应用进展。
