心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生机制及其防治策略 被引量:13

摘要 心肌缺血再灌注损伤指的是由于各种原因导致的心肌细胞缺血性损伤,以及在恢复血液供应后心肌细胞损伤进一步加重的现象。近年来,由于缺血性心肌病以及临床上各种心脏手术量的增多,有关心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的研究越来越多,已经成为研究的热点之一,而参与心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的机制复杂,涉及的信号通路众多,为方便了解目前各个通路的研究状况,现就此各种通路的研究作一综述。 Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury means that cardiac muscle cells are leading to ischemic injury due to lacking of blood and oxygen for different kinds of reasons, and the damage aggravates after the blood reperfusion. In recent years, due to the increasing of ischemic cardiomyopathy and various heart operations, there are more and more researches on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, which have become one of the research hotspots. And numerous signal pathways that participate in the mechanism of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury are complicated, to facilitate understanding of the current status of each study path, now this paper is a review on the study of various pathways.
