'国家通用手语标准研制'是国家语言文字工作委员会、中国残疾人联合会'十二五'科研规划2011年度重大课题。本文介绍了课题的研究背景、研究目标和原则及研究的组织、通用手语词汇研究、手语句法研究以及通用手语方案的试用情况。

The formulation of National Standard on General Sign Language was the key project of both the State Language Commission and China Disabled Persons’ Federation, part of their 'Twelfth Five-Year' Scientific Research Program in 2011. This article begins with the research background of this project, and its research aims and principles and research team. Then, the research on the vocabulary and syntax of general sign language is presented. Lastly, the current situation of the trial of general sign language is discussed.
