摘要
当今汉语教育的发展需求进入了一个多元化的新时代,着眼长远,立足现实,完善和创新国际汉语教学的顶层设计无疑是重要的应对策略。本文认为,仅仅将拼音视为'拼写和注音工具',这在一定程度上是失之偏颇的,未能考虑到外国人学汉字的实际困难和只学习口语的外国人对拼音的强烈需求。本文建议,将拼音提升为书写汉语的第二法定文字,进一步释放拼音在汉语国际传播中的能量,使拼音化汉语教学模式与汉字化汉语教学模式并驾齐驱,形成拼音和汉字'双轮驱动'的国际汉语教学新业态,高效助力汉语的国际化。本文初步论述了确立拼音为法定文字的可能性。
With the diversification of demand,the development of teaching Chinese as a second language has stepped into a new era.There is no doubt that improving and innovating the top-level design of international Chinese teaching with eyes on the stars and feet on the ground are essential strategies.This article deems that it’s biased to claim that Chinese Pinyin is only a tool for'spelling and phonetic notation',which fails to consider second language learners’actual difficulties in learning Chinese characters and the strong demand for Pinyin of foreigners who want to learn spoken language only.The article suggests that Chinese Pinyin should be promoted to the position as the second official written language of Chinese to fully release the power of Pinyin in the international popularization of Chinese.Furthermore,the respective teaching models of Chinese Pinyin and Chinese characters as writing symbols should be operated together to form the new prospects of teaching Chinese as a second language with Chinese Pinyin and characters as'double drives',and efficiently promote the internationalization of Chinese.The article tentatively discusses the possibility of establishing Pinyin as another official written language.
