德国巴伐利亚州继续教育OTH mind项目的开发及实践

摘要 OTH mind联合项目旨在为具有职业资格者、大学辍学者、技术类专业人才和工程师开发并创建创新型、模块化的继续教育项目网络,从而加强扩大职业教育与学术教育之间的互通性。该项目提供的继续教育项目都是与所属区域劳动局和不同教育主体合作展开的。此外,开发和实施针对特定目标群体、新型的教学和学习方式及配套的咨询和支持模式、促进继续教育项目的质量提升,这些均为该项目目标所在。为了确保继续教育项目实施的可持续性和高质量,项目需要定期评估。 The joint project OTH Mind is an innovative modular network for academic further education opportunities for people with vocational qualifications,dropouts,technical professionals and engineers,which is to further promote and expand the permeability between vocational and academic education.The conception of the educational offerings take place in cooperation with the regional employment agencies as well as various regional educational institutions.In addition,the focus is on new and target group-specific forms of teaching and learning,advice and support scenarios,as well as high-quality development.In order to ensure the sustainability of the offers as well as their high quality,all offers are evaluated for a continuous improvement process.
