三级医疗机构模式正在被新型两级卫生网络模式代替。新形势下大型综合医院可能面临医疗资源过剩的局面;而专科医院通过自身发展方向的调整,不仅不会出现医疗资源的过剩,抓住改革的机遇很可能会有更大的发展。结合对政策的解析,提出专科医院存在良好发展机遇的观点,并结合自身情况积极进行了尝试性的加强高精尖专科技术和常见普通专科疾病同质化服务推广探索。

Neotype two grade public health network mode is taking the place of three grade medical service mode.In this new situation,large scale general hospital will face superfluous medical treatment resources aspect,but special hospital not only will not appear superfluous medical treatment resources,but also will create greater development if we can get hold of reformational chance element.We propose special hospital's greater development viewpoint by analysis policy,and have already carried out some attempt,such as homogenization service and enhancing special course of study's technique.
