广州市公立医院改革的若干思考

Several thoughts on reform of public hospital in Guangzhou

调查资料显示,广州市公立医院改革淡化了公立医院的公益性;社会保险制度的不健全,在一定程度上增加公立医院改革的难度。因此,深化公立医院的改革,必须坚持公益性的改革目标、健全社会保险制度、强化政府职能、调引导供需双方行为的政策导向。

The results show that the reform of public hospitals in Guangzhou desalinates on the commonweal character of public hospital and the unperfected social insurance system increases the difficulty on reform of public hospitals to some extent.Therefore,to deepen the reform of public hospital,we must insist on the commonweal character,improve social insura nce system,strengthen the government function,adjust policy guidance about leading supply and requisitioning parties’ behavior.
