摘要
通过对国内外院长职业化相关文献和政策的梳理,围绕现代医院管理制度和法人治理机制改革的总体目标,探讨当前我国公立医院实施院长职业化发展面临的主要问题,提出了相关建设性意见。以期通过院长职业化发展促进医院内部运行效率的提高,为构建现代医院管理制度提供参考和借鉴。
The paper reviews the professionalization of domestic and foreign presidents relevant documents and policies. By focusing on the overall goals of the modern hospital management system and corporate governance reform,the main problems about implementing the professional development in public hospitals in China are explored,and contribution opinions are proposed. The purpose is to promote the hospital internal operation efficiency, in order to provide reference for the construction of modern hospital management system.
