新时代推进国家区域医疗中心建设的理论探讨

Theoretical Discussion on the Construction of the Regional Medical Center in the New Era

针对当前我国医疗卫生服务提供体系存在的资源总量不足、配置不平衡、不充分以及服务体系不完善等突出问题,以新时代国家大力推进区域医疗中心建设为契机,尝试提出了明确功能定位、搭建平台模块、构建运行机制和建立评价机制的区域医疗中心总体发展设想,并提出了具体落实的举措和政策建议。

The problems are existing,such as insufficient resources,imbalance and inadequate of configuration in the current medical and health service system in China. In new era,the construction of the regional medical center have been proposed. The paper tries to put forward a clear function,build platform module,operation mechanism and evaluation mechanism of regional medical center’s overall development,and puts forward the specific implementation measures and policy recommendations.
