癌症患者的多学科团队协作诊疗模式研究进展

Advances in the Research of Multidisciplinary Team Cooperative Diagnosis and Treatment Model for Cancer Patients

恶性肿瘤已成为我国乃至全球的重大公共卫生问题之一,多学科团队协作(Multiple Disciplinary Team,MDT)诊疗模式已成为肿瘤诊疗的国际新趋势。MDT旨在使传统的个体经验医疗模式转变为多学科小组协作决策模式,以病人为中心,针对特定疾病,充分整合利用医疗资源,依靠多学科队伍,为患者提供最佳的诊治方案,持续提高医院的专业水平、促进多学科的发展。文章对癌症患者多学科团队协作诊疗模式的概念、国内外的研究进展状况进行简要系统梳理,为我国肿瘤患者多学科诊疗的发展提供了相关的政策建议。

Malignant tumors have become one of the major public health problems in China and even in the world.Multiple Disciplinary Team cooperative diagnosis and treatment(MDT)has become an international new trend of tumor diagnosis and treatment. MDT aims to transform the traditional individual experiential medical model into a multi-disciplinary group collaborative decision-making model,which is patient-centered,focuses on specific diseases,fully integrates medical resources,relies on a multi-disciplinary team to provide the best treatment plan for patients,continuously improves the professional level of the hospital and promotes the cross-disciplinary development. In the paper,the concept of the multidisciplinary team collaboration diagnosis model for cancer patients and the research progress at home and abroad are summarized systematically,and relevant policy recommendations are provided for the development of multidisciplinary treatment for cancer patients in China.
