摘要
为了不断提高医院的服务效率与质量,改善患者就医感受,探索把工业工程学的方法应用于医院眼科门诊的改善工作中。在描述与分析北京同仁医院眼科门诊就诊流程的现状与存在的问题基础上,采集运营改善的相关数据并进行分析,建立基于主体的仿真模型,在验证后,评估不同门诊流程改善方案。在医院实施后,通过关键指标的对比,发现运营效果有明显改善。
In order to improve the efficiency and the quality of the hospital service,and to improve the patients’ experience,industrial engineering methods are explored to apply to the improvement of the process in the Outpatient Department of Ophthalmology. Based on the analysis of the situation and the problems of the visiting process of Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University,related data of operation improvement is collected from the real system,and an agent-based simulation model is proposed. After verification and validation,the performance of different improvement plans is evaluated through using the proposed simulation model. After implementing the model-verified plans,significant improvements are found in key performance measures though comparing with the old process.
