摘要
采用典型抽样问卷调查,选取北京市某大型三级甲等公立医院住院测评患者825人作为调查对象。对公立医院住院患者体验及其影响因素进行定量研究,为提高患者住院诊疗体验提供参考依据。住院患者对医院服务质量总体比较满意,但相关服务仍需进一步改善。建议进一步加强医患沟通,加强护理健康教育指导,严格落实查房制度,重视后勤管理,形成持续质量改进的PDCA闭环管理。
Typical sampling survey was used in the investigation. The respondents of the questionnaire are 825 inpatients in a major public hospital in Beijing City. Quantitative research of inpatient experience and its influencing factors is used to explore the influencing factors of inpatient experience by a quantitative method and to give evidences for improving inpatient experience. In general,patients felt satisfied with hospital service,but further improvement of relevant service is still in need. It is necessary to enhance the communication between doctors and patients,reinforce nursing health education,implement ward round of doctors strictly,pay attention to logistics management,and form the continuous quality improved PDCA closed-loop management.
