芬太尼复合异丙酚靶控输注用于无痛纤维支气管镜检查30例效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察芬太尼复合异丙酚靶控输注(TCI)静脉麻醉用于无痛纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)检查中的临床效果。方法将拟行无痛纤支镜检查术的60例患者随机分为两组,试验组在纤支镜检查开始前2 min缓慢静脉注射芬太尼1μg/kg,再进行TCI;对照组在同样给予芬太尼后,静脉注射异丙酚2.5 mg/kg进行麻醉。比较两组患者的麻醉效果及检查后的恢复情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组的诱导时间、唤醒时间明显缩短(P<0.05),试验组异丙酚应用总量少于对照组(P<0.05)。检查期间两组患者的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)及血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化无统计学差异。结论芬太尼复合异丙酚TCI法适合用于无痛纤支镜的检查,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fentanil combined with target controlled infusion of propofol used in painless fiberbronchoscopy.Methods Sixty patients undergoing fiberbrochoscopy were randomly divided into the experiment group and control group.The experiment group was administrated with fentanil 1 μg / kg by slow intravenous injection at 2 min before the fiberbrochoscopic examination,followed by a computer target controlled infusion of propofol;the control group received propofol 2.5 mg / kg by intravenous injection after administrating the same dose of fentanil.The anesthetic effects and the recovery situation after examination were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the anesthetic induction time and the awaken time in the experiment group were shortened significantly(P < 0.05),and the total dose of propofol was less than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP) and blood oxyhemoglobin saturation(SpO2) during the examination period had no statistical differences between the two groups.Conclusion Fentanil combined with target ontrolled infusion of propofol is more suitable for the painless fiberbronchoscopic examination,which is worthy of clinically promotion.
