高效液相色谱法测定八珍袋泡茶中盐酸川芎嗪含量

Determination of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride in Bazhen Daipaocha by HPLC

目的建立测定八珍袋泡茶中盐酸川芎嗪含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Diamonsil-TM C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(48∶52),流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长293 nm。结果盐酸川芎嗪进样量在0.068 4~0.410 4μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 99);平均回收率为98.95%,RSD=1.08%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于八珍袋泡茶中盐酸川芎嗪的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride in Bazhen Daipaocha.Methods The stationary phase was the Diamonsil-TM C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water(48 ∶ 52),the flow rate was 0.8 mL / min;the UV detection wavelength was 293 nm.Results The sample size of ligustrazine hydrochloride in the range of 0.068 4-0.410 4 μg showed the good linear relation with the peak area(r = 0.999 99),and the average recovery rate was 98.95%,RSD 1.08%(n = 9).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and better reproducible,which may be used for the quantitative determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride content in Bazhen Daipaocha.
