健康教育联合神经节苷脂用于脑卒中患者神经功能康复45例

Effects of Health Education Combined with Ganglioside on Rehabilitation of Neural Function of Stroke Patients in 45 Cases

目的观察健康教育联合神经节苷脂对脑卒中患者神经功能康复情况的疗效。方法选取医院2010年1月至2012年9月收治的90例脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各45例。两组均给予神经节苷脂治疗并开展常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上根据患者的具体情况加用个体化健康教育。在住院和出院当天由专人检查两组患者的徒手肌力恢复情况及Barthel指数,记录数据并对比。结果研究组在出院当天的Barthel指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组在出院当天的上肢肌力和下肢肌力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合神经节苷脂治疗脑卒中能提高神经功能,促进预后康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of adopting the therapeutic scheme of the health education combined with ganglioside on the neural function recovery in the stroke patients.Methods Ninety patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,45 cases in each group.The two group were given ganglioside and the routine nursing measures.On this basis the study group was added with the individualized health education according to the patient's specific circumstance.The bare-handed myodynamia and the Barthel index on the admission and discharge were detected by 2 specially-assigned person.The data were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The Barthel index on discharge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);the myodynamia of the upper limbs and the lower limbs on discharge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The health education combined with ganglioside in treating stroke can improve the neural function and promote the prognosis and rehabilitation.
