祛风胜湿颗粒挥发油与β-环糊精包合工艺研究

Study on Inclusion Process of Qufeng Shengshi Granules Volatile Oil with β- Cyclodextrin

目的研究祛风胜湿颗粒挥发油与β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法采用饱和水溶液法,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率作为评价指标。结果包合最佳工艺是,挥发油∶环糊精为1∶8,包合温度50℃,包合时间1 h。结论优选的工艺条件易于控制,稳定可行。

Objective To study the optimum process of Qufeng Shengshi Granules volatile oil with β - cyclodextrin inclusion. Methods The saturated aqueous solution method was adopted with the inclusion compound yield and the volatile oil inclusion rate as the evaluation index-es. Results The optimum inclusion process was as follows:the ratio of volatile oil to β - cyclodextrin was 1 : 8,the inclusion temperature was 50 ℃ and the inclusion time was 1 h. Conclusion The optimized process conditions are easy to be controlled,stable and feasible.
