丙泊酚用于无痛人流术术后镇痛63例

Application of Propofol in Postoperative Analgesic Effect in Patients with Painless Induced Abortion

目的观察丙泊酚用于无痛人流术的麻醉效果及护理措施。方法选取自愿要求行人工无痛人流术的患者126例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。两组患者均采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上针对患者的特点,在术前、术后及随访时给予护理干预。结果观察组术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者丙泊酚用量明显多于观察组,清醒时间、离院时间明显长于观察组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚用于无痛人流术安全性好,围术期的全面护理有助于维持丙泊酚麻醉效果,可显著提高镇痛效果,改善患者负面情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of propofol in the painless induced abortion and its nursing measures. Methods 126 cases of voluntarily requiring painless induced abortion were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group, 63 cases in each group. The two groups adopted the combined anesthesia of propofol and remifentanil. The control group re-ceived the routine nursing care, while in addition to the routine nursing the observation group was given the preoperative, postoperative and follow-up nursing intervention according to the characteristics of patients. Results The postoperative analgesic effect in the obser-vation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P﹤ 0. 05 ) . The dosage of propofol in the control group was signifi-cantly more than that in the observation group ( P﹤0. 05 ) , the awaking times and the hospitalization time were significantly longer than those in the observation group ( P﹤0. 05 ) . The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P﹤0. 05 ) . After nursing intervention, the scores descending range of the self-rating depression scale ( SDS ) and the self-rating anxiety scaling ( SAS ) in the observation group was superior to that of the control group ( P﹤0. 05 ) . Conclusion Application of propofol in the painless induced abortion has safe effect, the perioperative comprehensive nursing care conduces to maintain the anes-thetic effect, significantly increase the analgesic effect and is worthy of being clinically popularized.
