天麻提取物灌胃给予大鼠后入血成分研究

Constituents in Rat Plasma after Oral Administration of the Extract of Gastrodia Elata Bl.

目的确证天麻入血成分信息。方法大鼠禁食12 h,灌胃给药,给药量为2 m L/100 g,固相萃取(SPE)法进行血浆处理,运用HPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS法对进入大鼠血液的天麻化学成分进行检测。结果共检测到10种入血成分。结论除了天麻苷,天麻中还有对羟基苯甲醛、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛、p-ethoxymethylphenyl-1-O-β-glucopyranoside、羟基苄基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、4,4'-二羟基二苄基醚、4,4'-二羟基二苯基甲烷、天麻醚苷、2-乙氧基-4-甲基苯酚进入血液,均为酚性化合物及其苷类。

Objective To obtain the constituents of Gastrodia elata Bl. in rat plasma. Methods The rats were fasted 12 h before administration, and the orally dose was 2 m L / 100 g. The plasma samples were pre- treated with C18 solid- phase extraction( SPE)method. The constituents in rat plasma were analyzed by HPLC- LTQ- Orbitrap MS. Results A total of 10 constituents were detected.Conclusion In addition to gastrodin,3,4- dihydroxybenz aldehyde,p- hydroxybenzaldehyde,dimethyl phthalate,gastrodeoside,2- ethoxy-4- methylphenol, p- ethoxymethylphenyl- 1- O- β- glucopyranoside, 4- hydroxybenzyl- β- D- glucopyranoside, 4, 4'- dihydroxydibenzyl ether and 4,4'- dihydroxydibenzyl methane are into blood as well,they are phenolic compounds and glycosides.
