重组活性Ⅶ因子联合综合护理干预治疗产后大出血52例

Recombinant Activated Factor Ⅶ Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Treating Postpartum Hemorrhage in 52 Cases

目的观察重组活性Ⅶ因子联合综合护理干预对产后大出血产妇的临床效果。方法选取104例产后大出血患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用常规止血及常规护理干预,观察组采用重组活性Ⅶ因子联合综合护理干预。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总出血量、止血时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组凝血酶原时间(PT)及D-二聚体明显减少,而纤维蛋白原(FIB)显著增多(P<0.05),两组间活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论重组活性Ⅶ因子联合综合护理干预治疗产后大出血疗效显著,可明显缩短止血时间及住院时间,且无明显不良反应发生,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the Recombinant Activated Factor Ⅶ combined with comprehensive nursing interven-tion in treating postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 104 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into the control group ( n=52 ) and the observation group ( n=52 ) based on the random number table. The control group received conventional hemostatic therapy and routine nursing intervention;the observation group used Recombinant Activated Factor Ⅶ and comprehensive nursing inter-vention. The total efficiency of hemostasis, nursing satisfaction, bleeding time and hospitalization time and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0. 05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P < 0. 05 );the hemostasis volume, bleed-ing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 );compared with the control group, the decrease of PT and D-dimer in the observation group were more obvious, while the increase of FIB was more obvious than ( P < 0. 05 ) . The APTT of the two groups had no significant changes ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Recombinant Acti-vated Factor Ⅶ combined with comprehensive nursing intervention has significant efficacy in treating postpartum hemorrhage, can signifi-cantly shorten the bleeding time and hospitalization time, and is safe and reliable with no significant adverse events, and thus has im-portant clinical research value.
