核糖核酸Ⅱ对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存期及免疫功能的影响

Influence of RNA Ⅱ on the Survival Time and Immune Function of Elderly Patients with Advanced NSCLC

目的观察注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ(简称核Ⅱ)对美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)评分>2分的老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的生存期及免疫功能的影响。方法将99例ECOG评分超过2分的老年晚期NSCLC患者随机分为核Ⅱ组(50例)和对照组(49例),核Ⅱ组患者静脉滴注核Ⅱ200 mg、每日1次,对照组患者采用最佳支持治疗。结果治疗后核Ⅱ组患者CD3+,CD4+,CD56+,CD4+/CD8+表达的提升明显高于对照组(P<0.05);核Ⅱ组患者咳嗽、发热、乏力及恶液质的发生率低于对照组(P>0.05);核Ⅱ组KPS评分升高比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05),体重明显增加(P<0.05);核Ⅱ组患者的无进展生存期(PFS)延长(P<0.05),总生存期(OS)延长无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论核Ⅱ可提高ECOG评分>2分的晚期NSCLC老年患者的免疫力,减轻其相关症状,改善生活质量,增加体重,延长患者的无进展生存期,但对延长总生存期无临床意义。

Objective To observe the influence of ribonucleic acid(RNA)Ⅱ on the survival time and immune function of elderly patients with advanced NSCLC at the stage of ECOG > 2. Methods 99 cases of elderly patients with advanced NSCLC at the stage of ECOG PS > 2 were divided into the control group ( 49 Cases ) and the RNA Ⅱ group ( 50 Cases ) ,the RNA Ⅱgroup was given RNAⅡ 200 mg,once daily;while the control group was treated with the best support. Results The expression of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD56 + and CD4 + /CD8+ in the RNA Ⅱ group improved more than control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of cough,fever,fatigue and cachexia of the RNA Ⅱ group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). KPS score and weight of the RNA Ⅱgroup were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The PFS of the RNA Ⅱgroup was longer( P < 0. 05),the OS of ribonucleic acid for injection II group was slightly longer but had no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Conclusion RNA Ⅱ can improve the immunity of elderly patients with advanced NSCLC at the stage of ECOG >2,reduce the symptoms of lung cancer,improve quality of life,increase the weight,thus improve patients' anti-tumor ability,longer progression-free survival. However,it has no improvement on the OS.
