临床分离肠球菌的体外抗菌效果研究

摘要 目的分析不同抗菌药物对临床分离肠球菌的体外抗菌效果。方法统计分析2013年1月至2014年9月广西百色市人民医院各临床科室及所属监护室患者,有潜在感染危险因素存在的部位或感染部位标本所分离的122株肠球菌的相关资料。结果加替沙星、莫西沙星对肠球菌具有最好的抗菌活性,氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星对肠球菌也具有较强的作用,5种抗菌药物对肠球菌具有相同的最低杀菌浓度(MBC)和最低抑菌浓度(MIC),或MBC比MIC高1~2倍;屎肠球菌对5种抗菌药物的耐药性显著高于粪肠球菌(P<0.05);5种抗菌药物对屎肠球菌MBC50均显著高于粪肠球菌(P<0.05)。结论临床应给予不同抗菌药物对临床分离肠球菌体外抗菌的效果以充分的重视,从而为科学合理地应用抗菌药物提供有效依据。 Objective To analyze the effect of different antimicrobial agents against clinical isolates of enterococci in vitro antibacteri-al. Methods The relevant information of 122 specimens' enterococci potential risk factors for infection clinical departments and affiliat-ed ICU from January 2013 to September 2014 in People's Hospital of Baise and patients present in the site or sites of infection iso-lated were statistically analyzed. Results Gatifloxacin,moxifloxacin against enterococci had the best antibacterial activity,Ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin against enterococci also had strong effect,5 kinds of antimicrobial agents against enterococci had the same MBC and MIC,MBC or slightly higher than 1-2 times the MIC;feces enterococci 5 kinds of antimicrobial drug resistance were sig-nificantly higher than E. faecalis( P < 0. 05);5 antimicrobial agents against enterococci MBC50 feces were significantly higher than en-terococcus faecalis( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of different antimicrobial agents against clinical isolates of enterococci in vitro should be given full attention,so as to provide an effective basis for scientific and rational use of antibiotics.
