β-七叶皂苷钠联合牵引及推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病62例疗效研究

Clinical Effect of β- Sodium Aescinate Combined with Traction and Massage for Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy in 62 Cases

摘要 目的探讨β-七叶皂苷钠联合牵引、推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将108例神经根性颈柱病患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组46例。两组患者均给予牵引和推拿治疗,观察组患者加用β-七叶皂苷钠。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为88.71%,显著高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后疼痛指数均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但组间比较未见明显差异(P>0.05);观察组血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量均较治疗前明显下降,且与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组6-酮-前列腺素F1(6-K-PGF1)水平呈上升趋势,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而对照组仅6-K-PGF1较治疗前有明显上升(P<0.05);两者患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论加用β-七叶皂苷钠治疗神经根型颈椎病能有效消除神经根及周围组织的炎症,改善微循环,且安全性高,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the clinical effect of β- sodium aescinate combined with traction and massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 108 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group( 62 case) and the control group( 46 cases). The two groups were given traction and massage therapy,on this basis,the observation group was added β- sodium aescinate. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 71%,which was significantly higher than73. 91% of the control group( P < 0. 05); the pain index of the two groups were decreased significantly than before treatment( P < 0. 05),but the difference in the two groups had no statistically significant( P > 0. 05). The ET,TXB2 levels of the observation group were decreased significantly than before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the observation group decreased more obviously( P < 0. 05); The 6- K-PGF1 levels of observation group was increased,and it had significant difference compared with the control group( P < 0. 05). The rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Adding β- sodium aescinate in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis can effectively eliminate the nerve root and surround tissue inflammation,improve microcirculation,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
