香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液42例

Lentinan Combined with Cisplatin Intrapleural Infusion for Treating Malignant Pleural Effusion in 42 Cases

目的观察香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将84例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。治疗组患者给予香菇多糖6 mg联合顺铂60 mg胸腔灌注,对照组患者仅给予单药顺铂60 mg胸腔灌注,每周给药1次,均以3周为1个疗程。结果治疗组有效率为83.33%,明显优于对照组的59.52%(P=0.016<0.05);治疗组患者不良反应发生率为42.86%,明显低于对照组的64.29%(P=0.049<0.05);治疗组患者生存质量改善率为61.90%,明显高于对照组的38.10%(P=0.029<0.05)。结论香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔灌注的临床疗效较单用顺铂更理想,对恶性胸腔积液的抑制和改善效果较好,不良反应少,可明显改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of lentinan combined with cisplatin intrapleural infusion in treating malignant pleural effu-sion. Methods 84 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups,42 patients in each group. The treatment group was given 6 mg of lentinan combined with cisplatin 60 mg pleural perfusion,the control group was only treated with single agent cisplatin 60 mg pleural perfusion. The two groups received treatment once a week,and 3 weeks for 1 course. Conclusion Lentinan combined with cisplatin intrapleural infusion for treating malignant pleural effusion has better effct,can reduce the toxic and adverse reactions,improve the quality life of patients significantly,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
