苗药开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性口腔炎42例

Miao medicine Kaihoujian Spray for Treating Child Herpetic Stommightitis in 42 Cases

目的观察开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法将医院就诊的疱疹性口腔炎患儿84例随机分为对照组和治疗组,各42例。对照组患儿给予利巴韦林静脉滴注配合维生素B、维生素C治疗,治疗组患儿在此基础上加用开喉剑喷雾剂喷雾患处,每日3次,3 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。记录患儿症状及体征变化,检测治疗前后血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及肝肾功能。结果治疗组总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的88.10%(P<0.05);治疗组患儿发热消退时间,流涎、拒食消失时间,疱疹消退时间及溃疡愈合时间较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.01),IL-10水平明显增高(P<0.01),CRP水平明显降低(P<0.01);两组患儿均未见明显不良反应。结论开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性口腔炎,作用优于常规抗病毒治疗,能有效缩短疾病恢复时间,减轻炎症反应,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Miao medicine Kaihoujian Spray in the treatment of child herpetic stommightitis. Methods 84 cases hospitalized in the hospital diagnosed as child herpetic stommightitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with quiet drop of virazole and also com-bined with vitamin B and C;on this basis,the treatment group was sprayed with Kaihoujian Spray,the drugs were used 3 times a day, 3 d is 1 course of treatment,the spray was used for 3 courses. Along this process,the child patient ’ s sings and symptoms were record-ed,the IL-10,CRP level and the hepatorenal function were detected in the beginning and final research. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95. 24% and was 88. 10% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);the time of the subside for the fever and the herpes in the treatment group was shortened and the times of the disappearance for the salivation,apastia and ulcer was shortened ( P < 0. 01),the level of the IL-10 was increased( P < 0. 01),the CRP level was decreased( P < 0. 01). Both groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Kaihoujian Spray has obvious effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of child herpetic stommightitis,and this effects was superior to the conventional antiviral treatment,and could shorted the phase of disease recovery,alleviate the inflammation.
