妇炎灵胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症44例及护理要点

Fuyanling Capsules for Treating Sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Nursing Points

目的探讨妇炎灵胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效,并总结护理要点。方法选择2012年12月至2014年11月医院收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。两组患者均给予抗感染治疗配合睡前灌肠疗法,观察组患者在此基础上加用妇炎灵胶囊治疗,均治疗2个疗程,每个疗程7 d。结果观察组总有效率为95.45%,显著高于对照组的79.55%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状及体征评分均显著改善,且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者腹痛、白带异常、B超提示包块或积液的消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均较轻,发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇炎灵胶囊用于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,且无明显不良反应发生;配合适当的护理干预,能加强治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Fuyanling Capsules in treating sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease and to summarize the nursing points. Methods 88 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease from December 2012 to November 2014 in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group,The two groups were given anti- infection treatment with enema therapy before sleep,on this basis the observation group was given Fuyanling Capsules. The two groups were treated for 2 courses,each course of 7 d. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 45%,which was significantly higher than 79. 55% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the signs and symptom scores of both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). The abdominal pain duration,abnormal vaginal discharge disappeared time,B- prompted mass or effusion disappeared time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group( P < 0. 05). Adverse reactions were mild in both groups,and the difference of the incidence rate in the two group was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Fuyanling Capsulesin treating sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease has significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,with no significant adverse reactions. With appropriate nursing interventions,it can enhance the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
