杞枣口服液联合推拿治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症60例

Qizao Oral Liquid Combined with Traditional Chinese Massage for Treating Infantile Anorexia of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency in 60 Cases

目的观察杞枣口服液联合推拿治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患儿均给予纠正不良饮食习惯、安排适当运动等常规治疗;对照组患儿给予3~5 g葡萄糖酸锌颗粒口服,每日3次;观察组患儿每次给予杞枣口服液10 m L,每日2次;两组患儿均配合推拿进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);两组患儿血微量元素水平、D-木糖的吸收率均得到改善,且观察组铁、锌、钙元素、D-木糖的吸收率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),锌元素水平无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的11.67%(P<0.05)。结论杞枣口服液联合推拿治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症疗效确切,可增加血微量元素、D-木糖的吸收率,且不良反应小,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Qizao Oral Liquid combined with traditional Chinese massage in treating infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach deficiency. Methods 135 cases of infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach deficiency were selected and divided in to the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. Both groups were given to correct poor eating habits,exercise routine to arrange appropriate treatment;the control group was given 3~5 g zinc gluconate granules orally,3 times dai-ly,the observation group were given Qizao Oral Liquid 10mL,twice daily;both groups were treated with traditional Chinese mas-sage. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%,which was obviously higher than 70. 00% of the control group ( P < 0. 05);the blood levels of trace elements and D-xylose absorption rate of the two groups were improved,and the iron, calcium,D-xylose absorption rate of the observation group improved more significantly ( P < 0. 05),with no significant difference of zinc level ( P > 0. 05). The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3. 33%,which was significantly lower than 11. 67% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qizao Oral Liquid combined with traditional Chinese massage in treating infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach deficiency has exact clinical efficacy and has no adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
