骨瓜提取物联合独一味胶囊用于骨折术后治疗40例

Gugua Extractives Injection Combined with Duyiwei Capsules for Treating Post Fracture Operation in 40 Cases

目的观察骨瓜提取物联合独一味胶囊用于骨折术后的临床疗效。方法选取医院2013年至2014年收治的接受手术治疗的四肢骨折患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者术后采取常规抗炎及营养支持治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用骨瓜提取物注射液及独一味胶囊治疗。结果观察组患者骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。结论骨瓜提取物联合独一味胶囊可明显缩短四肢骨折患者术后愈合时间,且有利于患肢功能恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gugua Extractives Injection combined with Duyiwei Capsules fir treating post fracture operation. Methods 80 patients with limbs fracture treated by surgery from 2013 to 2014 were divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group used conventional anti-inflammatory and nutritional support treat-ment,the observation group used Gugua Extractives Injection combined with Duyiwei Capsules. Results The fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group ( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 00%,which was significantly higher than 87. 50% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Gugua Extractives Injection com-bined with Duyiwei Capsules can obviously shorten the healing time of patients with extremities fractures,and is advantageous to the limb functional recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
