天麻钩藤饮治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎合并H型高血压60例

Tianma Gouteng Decoction for Treating Elderly Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Combined with Type H Hypertension in 60 Cases

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎合并H型高血压老年患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎合并H型高血压老年患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑、果胶铋、依那普利叶酸片治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上,给予天麻钩藤饮,4周为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗1个疗程。结果治疗后,试验组24 h平均舒张压、24 h平均收缩压均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);试验组降压总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的68.33%(P<0.05);两组同型半胱氨酸治疗后较治疗前均有所下降,且试验组下降更明显(P<0.05);试验组治疗胃炎总有效率为75.00%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎合并H型高血压老年患者疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with H type hypertension in elderly patients. Methods 120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with H type hypertension treated in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clarithromycin,colloidal bismuth pectin,enalapril folic acid tablets,and the experimental group was given Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,for 1 course of treatment. Results After treatment,the 24 h average diastolic blood pressure,average systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83. 33%,which was significantly higher than 68. 33% of the control group( P < 0. 05);after treatment,the levels of Hcy of the two group deceased,and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant( P < 0. 05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was 75. 00%,which was significantly higher than 60. 00% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with H type hypertension in elderly patients has clear efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
