加用六味地黄丸治疗高血压67例及护理体会

Adding Liuweidihuang Pills for Treating Hypertension in 67 Cases and Nursing Experience

目的观察六味地黄丸联合综合护理干预治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法将134例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各67例。对照组患者采用常规治疗及常规护理干预,观察组患者口服六味地黄丸联合综合护理干预。两组均以4周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果观察组总有效率为95.52%,显著高于对照组的86.57%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为98.51%,显著高于对照组的83.58%(P<0.05);两组患者收缩压和舒张压较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论六味地黄丸联合综合护理干预治疗高血压疗效显著,可明显降低患者收缩压和舒张压,且患者对护理满意度高,可积极配合治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Liuweidihuang Pills combined with nursing intervention in treating patients with hy-pertension. Methods 134 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,67 cases each in group. The control group received conventional treatment and routine care,the observation group received Liuweidihuang Pills combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. 4 weeks were 1 course of treatment,and the both groups received 2 consecutive courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 52%,which was significantly higher than 86. 57% of the control group( P < 0. 05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group care was 98. 51%,which was sig-nificantly higher than 83. 58% of the control group( P < 0. 05);the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than before treatment and the control group( P < 0. 05);there were no significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Liuweidihuang Pills combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in treating hyperten-sion can significantly reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and improve patients' satisfaction with care,and make them actively cooperate with treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
