丹七片对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者血脂代谢的影响

Influence of Danqi Pills on Blood Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察丹七片对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者血脂代谢的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2015年2月收治的冠心病患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例。两组患者均予常规冠心病药物干预及治疗,观察组加服丹七片,治疗8周后评价临床疗效,治疗前后检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血脂总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,记录不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的71.87%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者hs-CRP及TNF-α表达水平较治疗前均下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组TC,TG,HDL-C及LDL-C水平较治疗前均下降(P<0.05);对照组TC及LDL-C水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),TG及HDL-C水平较治疗前无显著变化(P>0.05);组间比较,观察组血脂指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率为21.88%,与对照组的18.75%相当(P>0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗基础上加用丹七片能显著提高冠心病患者的临床疗效,同时纠正脂质代谢紊乱,且不增加不良反应的发生率,安全性较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the influence of of Danqi Pills on the blood lipid metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease( CHD).Methods 64 cases of coronary heart disease patients from January 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The two groups received conventional drug intervention and treatment of coronary heart disease,and on this basis the observation group was given oral Danqi Pills.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,the hs- CRP,tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF- α),blood lipid,total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high- density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL- C) levels before and after the treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than71.87% of the control group( P < 0.05).The expression levels of hs- CRP and TNF- alpha were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0.05).The levels of TG,HDL- C,TC and LDL- C were decreased in the observation group( P < 0.05),TC and LDL- C levels in the contrd group were decreased, but the TG and HDL- C levels were not significant compare with before treatment.The index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 21.88%,which had no statistically significant difference with 18.75% of the control group( P > 0.05).Conclusion Danqi Pills on the basis of conventional drug treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease,and correct the lipid metabolic disorder status,with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
