疏血通注射液联合抗凝治疗中危肺栓塞31例临床评价

Shuxuetong Injection Combined with Anticoagulant for Treating Moderate Pulmonary Embolism in 31 Cases

目的观察疏血通注射液联合抗凝治疗中危肺栓塞的临床疗效。方法选择医院收治的中危肺栓塞患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组患者予以疏血通注射液溶栓,并联合皮下注射低分子肝素、口服华法林钠片抗凝治疗;对照组患者仅应用低分子肝素抗凝联合口服华法林钠片,方法同观察组。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.77%,显著高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05);两组患者动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)、肺动脉收缩压(PASP)均优于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者D-聚体(D-Dimer)、脑利钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白(c Tn T)均优于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应相似,其发生率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),但均未出现严重不良反应,不影响治疗。结论疏血通注射液联合抗凝治疗中危肺栓塞可显著提高临床疗效,改善血气指数、肺动脉收缩压及心肌功能,且不良反应不影响治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical observation of Shuxuetong Injection combined with anticoagulant for treating moderate pulmonary embolism.Methods 62 cases of patients with pulmonary embolism were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,31 cases in each group.The observation group was given thrombolytic therapy of Shuxuetong Injection combined with subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin and oral warfarin therapy,the control group was treated with warfarin,low molecular weight heparin combined with oral method similar to the observation group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than 80.65% of the contorl group( P < 0.05); the PaO_2,PaCO_2,PASP of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group( P <0.05).The D- Dimer, BNP and c Tn T of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0.05).The adverse reactions in the two groups were similar; though the incidence rate in the observation was higher than the control group,they were mild and did not affect the treatment.Conclusion Shuxuetong Injection combined with anticoagulation in treating pulmonary embolism can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve blood gas index,pulmonary artery systolic pressure and cardiac function and the adverse reaction does not affect the treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
