氨溴索亚微乳理化性质研究

Physicochemical Properties of Ambroxol Submicron Emulsion

目的探讨氨溴索亚微乳的理化性质。方法在氨溴索亚微乳处方和制备工艺的基础上,对乳剂类型、粒径、pH、黏度等理化性质进行考察。结果制备的乳剂外观为乳白色,3批样品的粒径分别为169.9,170.0,166.8 nm,平均pH为8.12,8.19,8.23,25℃时黏度为(1.9±0.1)m Pa·s。结论氨溴索亚微乳注射剂的理化性质稳定,符合静脉注射要求。

Objective To investigate the physicochemical properties of ambroxol submicron emulsion.Methods On the basis of the formulation and the preparing technique of ambroxol submicron emulsion,the emulsion type,particle size,p H,viscosity were investigated.Results The submicron emulsion was milkiness,The particle sizes of the prepared ambroxol submicron emulsion in the 3 batches were169.9,170.0,166.8 nm,respectively,while the average p H were 8.12,8.19,8.23,respectively,and the viscosity was( 1.9 ± 0.1) m Pa·s at 25 ℃.Conclusion The physicochemical properties of ambroxol submicron emulsion is stable and can meet the standards of injection preparation.
