摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素联合红花黄色素对下肢骨折患者围术期血管内皮细胞和血小板功能的影响,为临床预防血栓提供新思路。方法选择2013年9月至2015年1月医院收治的下肢骨折患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。所有患者均采用手术治疗,对照组患者术后予低分子肝素皮下注射治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予红花黄色素100 mg溶于250 m L 0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,1次/日,连续7 d。结果治疗后,观察组可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1(s ICAM-1)和血小板膜糖蛋白(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),血浆活化蛋白C(APC)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血小板功能相关指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),静脉血栓的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合应用红花黄色素,有利于抑制血小板和血管内皮细胞活化,降低血栓形成率,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the influence of low molecular weight heparin combined with safflower yellow on vascular endothelial cells and platelet function in patients with lower limb fractures,and to provide a new method for clinical prevention of thrombosis.Methods 100 patients with lower limb fractures from September 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin after surgery,while the observation group were treated with safflower yellow 100 mg soluble in 250 m L saline intravenous drip,1 time / day,for 7 d on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the s ICAM- 1 and GP Ⅱb / Ⅲa level in the observation group were lower than that of the control group( P < 0.05); APC levels were higher than the control group( P < 0.05); Before treatment,the platelet function related indicators between the two groups has no significant differences( P > 0.05); the indexes in the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0.05); the venous thrombosis incidence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with safflower yellow pigment can inhibit platelet activation and vascular endothelial cell activation,reduce the rate of thrombosis,and has high security.
