黄丹胶囊对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠的治疗作用

Huangdan Capsules for Treating Diabetic Nephropathy Model in Rats

目的探讨黄丹胶囊对糖尿病肾病(DN)模型大鼠血糖和肾功能的影响。方法采用高脂饲料加注射STZ法制备的DN大鼠模型,按血糖水平将模型大鼠随机分为模型组(A组),安博维组(B组),黄丹胶囊高、中、低剂量组(C_1,C_2,C_3组)和正常对照组(D组),每组10只。D组与A组给予等量蒸馏水,均灌胃给药,连续30 d。末次给药后,收集大鼠24 h尿液并检测24 h尿蛋白定量(Upro),采血测定空腹血糖、血尿素氮(BUN)和血肌酐(Scr),并取肾脏称重并计算肾脏系数。结果 C_1,C_2,C_3组肾脏系数、24 h Upro、血糖水平和BUN较A组显著降低(P<0.05)。C_1及C_2组24 h尿量较A组显著降低(P<0.05)。C_1组24 h Upro较A组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论黄丹胶囊对DN大鼠有较好的治疗作用,黄丹胶囊能显著降低模型大鼠血糖、肾脏系数、尿量、尿蛋白、BUN及Scr水平。

Objective To investigate the influence of Huangdan Capsules on the blood glucose and renal function of diabetic nephropathy( DN) model rats.Methods Using high fat feed plus STZ injection prepared DN rat model,the rats were randomly divided into groups according to the blood glucose levels: model group( group A),Aprovel group( group B),high,medium and low dose groups of Huangdan Capsules( group C_1,C_2,C_3),and normal control group( group D),10 rats in each group.Group D and group A were given the same amount of distilled water,all gavaged for 30 d.After the last administration,the 24 h urine of rats were collected and the urine protein concentration was detected; the fasting blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen( BUN) and serum creatinine( Scr) were tested by the blood sampling; the kidney was weighted to calculate the viscera coefficient.Results The kidney coefficient index,24 h Upro,blood glucose and BUN levels of group C_1,C_2,C_3 were significantly lower than group A( P < 0.05).The 24 h urine volumes of group C_1 and C_2 were significantly reduced compared with group A( P < 0.05).The 24 h Upro of group C_1 was significantly reduced compared with group A( P < 0.05).Conclusion Huangdan Capsule has good therapeutic effect on diabetic nephropathy rats,can significantly reduce the levels of blood glucose,kidney coefficient index,urine volume,Upro,BUN and Src.
