临床药师在癌痛规范化治疗中的作用研究

Role and Function of Clinical Pharmacist in Good Pain Management of Cancer

目的了解临床药师在癌痛规范化治疗中的作用与现状,为提高药师服务水平和作用提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法调查癌痛规范化治疗工作中药品管理、处方管理、用药动态分析和参与合理用药等现状。结果其55家医院参与调查,用药动态分析缺陷发生率为14.55%,占总缺陷数的9.41%;药品管理缺陷发生率为23.64%,占总缺陷数的15.29%;处方管理缺陷发生率为38.18%,占总缺陷数的24.71%;临床用药指导缺陷发生率为78.18%,占总缺陷数的50.59%。结论临床药师在癌痛规范化治疗工作中主要承担药学服务工作。在用药动态分析、药品管理等本职工作服务方面质量较好,但在癌痛规范化治疗的整体工作中还未能充分发挥其专业作用,尤其是在提高癌痛治疗的合理用药和建立便捷的癌痛用药流程等方面未充分发挥临床药师的主观能动性和专业价值。

Objective To explore the role and status quo of clinical pharmacists in cancer pain management,to provide the evidence for improving pharmacist service quality.Methods The cross- sectional study was used based upon the work of Good Pain Management( GPM),the information about drug management,prescription,medicine dynamic analysis and participation in rational drug use in GPM was invested.Results 55 hospitals were surveyed,the rate of defect in medicine dynamic analysis was 14.55%,accounting for 9.41%of the total number of defects; 23.64% in drug management,accounting for 15.29%; 38.18% in prescription,accounting for 24.71%;78.18% in participation in rational drug use,accounting for 50.59%.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists in GPM work are mainly responsible for the medical service; the quality of elementary work is good,such as medicine dynamic analysis and drug management.But they haven't given full play professional role in overall work of GPM,especially in improving the medicine rational use for GPM.
