摘要
文章针对北京协和医院后勤服务概况,从管理模式、组织构架和制度改进等方面阐述了在新建院区采用后勤服务一体化管理模式的特点。通过资源整合、对各服务单位实行"五统一"管理、制订目标并持续改进,最终实现安全运行、成本控制、管理强化和优质高效的医院后勤管理新模式。
The article overviews Beijing Union Medical College Hospital logistics services; elaborates the features of logistic and support integrated management model applied in the new hospital in terms of management model, structure and system improvement. Through the integration of resources, manage each service unit by 'five unities', goal setting and continuous improvement, and realizes safe operation, cost control, good management and quality new hospital logistics management model.
