The article summarizes the current situation of logistics management and intelligent logistics platform construction in the old hospital district of the Grade III Class A hospitals, analyzes the different needs of logistics in large hospitals, and expounds the role of logistics platform and the effectiveness based on the intelligent logistics platform construction case of a large Grade III Class A hospital in a prefecture-level city, provides case and experience for hospital intel igent logistics construction.
