文章围绕民营医院的建设模式,以青岛万达英慈国际医院项目为例,从成本控制、建设进度、质量管控3个方面详细阐述了大型地产商与国际医疗集团联合建设模式的特点。
Based on the Qingdao IHG project, the article expounds the construction mode of private hospitals, in terms of cost control, construction schedule and quality control, and elaborates the characteristics of the joint construction mode of large real estate developers and international medical groups.
