摘要
文章通过分析固定资产管理存在的问题,提出医院固定资产精细化管理的理念,主要对内容、流程、实施办法进行论述,以期使医院固定资产的管理趋于规范化、科学化、系统化,发挥更大的作用。
Based on analysis of the existing problems of fixed assets management, the article puts forward the concept of delicacy management of fixed assets in hospitals, mainly discusses the contents, processes and implementation methods, so as to make the management of fixed assets in hospitals standardized, scientific, systematic, so that the fixed assets could play a greater role.
