The article summarizes the necessity of the application inquiry of air conditioning and fresh air system, and makes an integration research on the subsystem-temperature and humidity coupling system; provides a green low-carbon aseptic fresh air technology in order to optimize the hospital air conditioning system design, improve the air quality inside the hospital building, and reduce the hospital infection rate.
