Comparison and its inspiration of employment situation for graduates in science and engineering in USA and China

摘要 本文对美国理工科研究生就业情况进行了探讨 ,研究了其教育模式与培养过程的发展趋势 ,结合我国研究生教育与研究生就业现状 ,提出了深化体制改革、调整学科结构、适应变化、面向市场、全面发展等相应的研究生培养对策。
