摘要
为了通过薄板测量装置较为简便、准确地获得爆炸冲量值,从而满足大型爆炸实验中威力评估的需要,针对典型的固支圆形薄板测量装置,建立了其在爆炸载荷作用下的动力学响应模型,获得了爆炸冲量与薄板中心位置最终挠度值之间的函数关系,并通过不同质量的球形TNT炸药空中爆炸实验对该模型的准确性进行了验证。结果表明,该模型所得结果与冲量经典公式所得结果的平均偏差值仅为5.3%,可以满足工程应用的精度要求。
In order to measure the explosive impulse conveniently and accurately by sheet gauge device and meet the demands of assessing power in large explosion experiments, the model of dynamic response of the typical clamped circular sheet gauge subject to explosive loading is established. The function relation between explosive impulse and finally central deflection of sheet are obtained, and the air explosion experiments of spherical TNT with different quality are carried out to validate the accuracy of the model. Results obtained show that the mean deviation between this model and the impulse of classic formulas is only 5.3%, which may satisfy the precision requirement of engineering application.
