摘要
采用脉冲电晕放电等离子体技术,建立了一套等离子体降解VOCs的装置,选取甲苯为代表物质进行实验研究,考察放电电压、含甲苯废气流量、甲苯初始浓度对甲苯降解率的影响。结果表明,当放电电压为11. 5 kV,气流速率为12 L/h,甲苯初始浓度为500. 0 mg/m3时,甲苯去除率为85. 6%,脉冲电晕等离子体处理低浓度有机废气效果更好。
Basing on pulsed corona discharge plasma technology,a plasma reactor is developed,a set of devices of degradation of VOCs by plasma is established,Toluene is selected as the representative substance for experimental research.The effect of the discharge voltage,the flow of toluene waste gas and the initial concentration of toluene on the degradation rate of toluene are studied.The results show that when the discharge voltage is 11.5 k V,the airflow rate is 12 L/h,and the initial concentration of toluene is 500.0 mg/m3,the removal rate of toluene is 85.6%.The effect of pulsed corona plasma on the treatment of low concentration organic waste gas is better.
