SBR工艺中pH及DO变化规律对工艺反应时间控制的影响

摘要 为实现对污泥微膨胀SBR工艺进一步地节能控制,缩短曝气时间,采用对工艺过程进行pH值及DO值的监测以寻求关键特征点的实验方法。实验结果表明:pH值在过程进行至70 min左右时上升至峰值,再在140 min左右时降低至最低点,最后继续回升; DO值在过程变化中大部分情况始终维持在0. 1 mg/L以下,仅出现两个突跃点,第一个突跃至0. 3 mg/L左右,第二个突跃至0. 6 mg/L左右。通过对控制过程进行分析,得出结论:可取DO值第二个突跃点作为控制过程的时间点,从而达到缩短反应时间,减少能耗的作用。 In order to achieve further energy-saving control of the sludge micro-expansion SBR process and shorten the aeration time,an experimental method for monitoring the pH value and DO value of the process to find key feature points is adopted.The experimental results show that the pH value rises to the peak value when the process proceeds to about 70 minutes,then decreases to the lowest point when it is about 140 minutes,and finally continues to rise;the DO value remains at most below 0.1 mg/L in most of the process changes,only There are two jump points,the first one is about 0.3 mg/L,and the second one is about 0.6 mg/L.Through the analysis of the control process,it is concluded that the second jump point of the DO value can be taken as the time point of the control process,thereby shortening the reaction time and reducing the energy consumption.
