摘要
文中主要探究风电就地消纳多介质储能系统容量的优化配置。应用HESS对不平衡功率进行平抑,DFT分解不平衡功率,确定储能容量。另外,在建立以利润最大为目标的机会约束规划储能运行策略模型的基础上进行求解,实现了合理的规划,确定了模型的有效性。
This paper mainly explores the optimal configuration of the capacity of the wind power on-site absorbing multi-medium energy storage system.The unbalanced power was suppressed by HESS,and the unbalanced power was decomposed by DFT to determine the energy storage capacity.In addition,on the basis of the opportunity constrained programming strategy model with maximum profit as the goal,the reasonable programming is realized and the validity of the model is confirmed.
