摘要
以某石油化工公司的超高压800 t/h煤粉锅炉为研究对象,提出了"背靠背"和"带水平烟道"两种总体设计方案,使炉膛出口烟温进一步降低,煤粉在炉内停留时间增加,煤粉燃尽性增强,锅炉效率上升,其余性能保证值不变。根据现场实际布置需求,对两种方案进行了对比分析,得到了较优的方案。
Taking a superhigh pressure 800 t/h pulverized coal boiler of a petrochemical company as the research object,two overall design projects of'back-to-back'and'with horizontal flue'are put forward,which further reduces the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the furnace,increases the residence time of pulverized coal in the furnace,enhances the burnout of pulverized coal,increases the efficiency of the boiler,and keeps the remaining performance guaranteed values unchanged.According to the actual site requirements,the two schemes are compared and analyzed,and a better scheme is obtained.
