摘要
微通道强化换热技术是高热流密度散热的有效途径。文中通过对微通道表面进行疏水改性,使其平均传热速率相比普通表面微通道提高11. 8%,并实验研究了其压降和传热速率随干度的变化规律。实验结果对疏水改性手段在微通道换热技术中的应用具有参考价值。
In order to meet the demand of high heat flux density heat dissipation,it is an effective way to solve the problem by the microchannel enhanced heat transfer technology.In this paper,the heat transfer coefficient rate of hydrophobic surface microchannel is increased by 11.8%compared to the ordinary surface microchannel.The trend of pressure drop and heat transfer rate with vapor quality is studied experimentally,and the trend is analyzed with flow pattern diagram of corresponding working conditions.The experimental results are of reference to the application of hydrophobic surface in microchannel heat transfer technology.
